Join us for a special 1.5 hour session designed to restore balance and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

Event Highlights:

  • Mindful Movement – Awaken your body with gentle, flowing movements incorporating Tai Chi and Qigong, led by Theresa Perry, a Holistic Life Coach and Tai Chi Meditation teacher with over 20 years of experience.

  • Sound Bath Meditation – Immerse yourself in the calming tones of singing bowls, the enchanting resonance of the handpan, and other soothing instruments for deep relaxation and inner peace.

What We Offer:

  • Gentle stretching followed by Tai Chi and Qi Gong, which encourages slow sweeping movements with deep breathing 

  • Guided sound bath meditation  

  • Supportive community atmosphere

  • Guide: Theresa Perry – Holistic Life Coach and Tai Chi Meditation teacher

What to Expect:

  • Options will be provided for varying levels of fitness and mobility so that you can tailor your practice to suit your body

  • The sound bath meditation can be done lying down (limited yoga mats available; bolsters provided) or sitting down (chairs provided)

  • Invitation to share experiences with the group

Cost:

  • $50 per class

Bring:

  • Comfortable clothing, water bottle, yoga mat, or a towel (to put on your yoga mat if you are borrowing) 

Provided:

  • Bolster and blanket

  • Yoga mat (limited mats available - please advise if you would like one)
