These fortnightly classes are designed to combine the power of mindfulness, meditation with the therapeutic benefits of sound vibration. Each session, you will be guided through a blend of mindfulness techniques that may include breathwork, visualisation exercises, tuning into your five senses, body-scan meditations and cultivating loving-kindness practices. The resonant vibrations of Tingsha Bells and the Tibetan singing bowl may also be incorporated to create a harmonious atmosphere, promoting deep relaxation and inner balance. Discover the profound impact of meditation on your state of being as you cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and enhance your overall wellbeing.
